Description
Stamped Edwardian seaside scene wraps around entire pail. Retains it’s original handle, exceptional condition with only expected wear, very minimal paint loss, strong colours, very good form, solid no dents, holes or rust. American manufacturers began producing their own in the late 1880s. These early items were generally embossed, hand-painted, stamped, or stencilled. Fewer of these were made, and most have not survived.
