An advertising vehicle for Merchant’s Gargling Oil Liniment, a ‘quack’ medicine of the era, as such contains many illustrated advertisements. 28 page self cover, content includes numerous whimsical and comical song lyrics as well as racially off-colour verse which was common particularly in vaudeville performances. Front cover seperating but attached, complete and in good condition. Honest and expected wear.
