Description

Did you know that the Cabinet of Curiosities is a key source in props for many of you favourite Film and Television blockbusters? A shortlist of client productions includes in no particular order… Umbrella Academy, Hand Maid’s Tale, Reign, Murdock Mysteries, Hannibal, Orphan Black, American Gods, Titans, Reacher, Cross, See, Lock and Key, Children Ruin Everything, Ruby and the Well, Children Ruin Everything, The Boys, Gen V, Chucky, Resident Evil, Star Trek Discovery, Star Trek Section 31, Peter Pan and Wendy, Wednesday, What We Do In the Shadows, Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen, Eleos, It Feeds, The Horror of Dolores Roach, The Strain, Cabinet of Curiosities and many more… in fact did you know the Guillermo del Toro’s Netflix sensation ‘Cabinet of Curiosities’ was actually named after our shop?
Come see for yourself why Guillermo del Toro, Disney and Tim Burton shop here!

Pictured here are molds created by none other than the legendary Gord Smith used to create FX prosthetics for ‘the Wolverine that never was’. Before Hugh Jackman landed the role that would forever shape his career, the character of Wolverine was awarded to Dougray Scott (some of you may recognize him from Mission Impossible 2), as fate would have it the film he was working on ran late and he had to back out of the iconic role in XMen… the rest is history. In the background a keen eye might recognize the jawline of Sylvester Stallone used in the production of Copland.
