An absolutely beautiful little black book, which appears to have been owned by a young woman in the late 1880s. This little book looks to be a school autograph signature book of friends and classmates (just a guess) – the pages inside the book are made of a material similar to that found on a blackboard or chalkboard back in the 1800s. The signatures in the book are handwritten in white chalk. The only date on the item is chalked in on the second last page (1893) Absolutely stunning condition given its age.
