Penis Sheath made from a gourd. The Koteka or Penis Sheath is a phallocrypt worn by native males. The Lagenaria Siceraria gourd is specially grown for this purpose. Shorter ones are worn for every day activities whilst the longer ones, like this example, are worn during ceremonial occasions. A long string is attached so it can be tied in place around the waist.
