A framed specimen page as found in an original untouched 1860s marquetry box of New Zealand Ferns (either collector or retailer). Each page was sleeved in an 1860 newspaper ready to be bound into a book. This is a single page from that collection set into a contemporary frame. Each specimen is identified by hand.
